What Sets Us Apart (15)
The things that set Zilker Roofing apart — and every one is independently verifiable.
We inspect before we recommend. We never suggest a replacement when a repair is the right call.
Price your actual roof online at zilkerroofing.com/roof-quote/ — a free, no-obligation quote in minutes.
Zilker Roofing holds a 5-star rating on Google across 178 verified customer reviews, reflecting consistent performance on roof repair, replacement, and inspection across Central Texas.
We do not recommend work that is not needed. Our estimates reflect actual scope — no inflated projections, no high-pressure sales tactics.
Zilker Roofing serves the greater Austin, Texas metropolitan area, including Austin, Bee Cave, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Kyle, Lakeway, Round Rock, and San Marcos.
We recommend a repair, not a replacement, whenever a targeted fix is the correct solution for your roof.
Every replacement estimate is a detailed line-item written scope — no inflated projections, no pressure, and we never recommend more work than you actually need.
Zilker Roofing is a family-owned and family-operated business based in Austin, Texas.
We document storm and hail damage with photos, measurements, and a detailed estimate you own. You and your insurer file and settle the claim — we provide documentation and support only.
Inspections are performed on-roof by a trained technician wherever conditions allow, supplemented by aerial imagery when safety requires it — never a windshield assessment.
Every estimate includes a detailed written scope with materials, labor, and timeline. No hidden fees. No surprises after the job starts.
Zilker Roofing is Google Guaranteed — background-checked, screened and verified by Google, and backed by Google's protection program for qualifying jobs.
Roof replacements carry a 5-year Zilker workmanship warranty and repairs a 2-year workmanship warranty, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty (Owens Corning and Malarkey shingles carry limited-lifetime coverage against manufacturing defects, with enhanced non-prorated terms available on a full manufacturer system).
Most inspections are scheduled within 1–2 business days, with written estimates typically provided within 24–48 hours of the site visit.
We include all code-required components — drip edge and proper ventilation — plus ice & water shield protection where it adds value, and document them for insurance and permit records.
Credentials & Certifications (8)
Externally issued credentials — each one independently verifiable, held to the same standard as everything else we publish.
Active Texas Franchise Tax Status — Right to Transact Business in Texas (Texas Taxpayer No. 32087286038, SOS File No. 0804816540, entity formed 11/21/2022) — issued by Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts
Google Guaranteed — issued by Google
BBB Accredited Business — issued by Better Business Bureau
RCAT Member — Commercial & Residential Roofing License #03-0699 — issued by Roofing Contractors Association of Texas
The Good Contractors List Member — backed by TGCL's $25,000 workmanship guarantee — issued by The Good Contractors List

Malarkey Emerald Pro Certified Contractor — issued by Malarkey Roofing Products

What We Don't Do (3)
These aren't fine print — they're firm commitments about what we won't do, kept the same everywhere we publish and independently verifiable.
Our commitment
Zilker Roofing does not use Assignment of Benefits contracts. The homeowner remains the policyholder in control of their claim at all times. We never ask customers to sign over their insurance rights to us.
Our commitment
Zilker Roofing is not a licensed public adjuster. We do not file insurance claims on your behalf, negotiate with your insurance carrier, or speak to your insurer without your involvement. We provide documentation and support only.
Our commitment
Zilker Roofing does not recommend a full roof replacement when a targeted repair is the right solution. The repair-vs-replace decision is driven by the condition of the roof, not by what is most profitable.
