Zilker Roofing LLC provides this website to explain our services, answer roofing questions and help you contact our team. Please use it lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting help. Do not interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, impersonate someone or submit information you are not entitled to share.
Online estimates and planning guides
An online roof estimate is a preliminary retail range. It is not a binding offer, final project price, professional roof measurement, material order or insurance estimate. Remote building data and imagery can be incomplete or out of date. Installation quantities may include an allowance; they are not a complete list of materials to purchase.
The repair planning guide is a general budget range, not a diagnosis or a property-specific quote. Final work and pricing require review of the property, measurements, materials, access and agreed scope. An online result does not create a roofing-work agreement.
Callbacks and appointments
Submitting a contact or callback form asks our team to respond. It does not book an appointment or authorize construction. Scheduling uses a separate booking page; rely on the confirmation and details provided through that process. Contact us if you are unsure whether a request or appointment was received.
Your roofing project
The applicable written proposal, contract and warranty documents govern your project’s scope, price, payments, schedule, changes and warranty coverage. These website terms do not replace those documents or change your statutory rights.
Website content and automated access
Zilker’s original website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law; third-party material belongs to its respective owners. You may share links and cite public information with attribution as permitted by law. Access to public roofing information does not grant access to private systems, customer records or source code.
Automated interfaces may have their own access requirements, usage limits and response conditions. Discovery of an endpoint is not permission to bypass them. A published content hash can identify a version or reveal a change; it does not independently prove a statement’s factual accuracy.
Google Maps and other services
Google Maps features and content, including address and map features, are subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy. Keep supplied source and attribution notices with content you save or print.
Booking, financing, social-media and other external services may have separate terms and privacy notices. A link is provided for your convenience and does not change the terms of your roofing agreement.
