Who this policy covers

Zilker Roofing LLC operates zilkerroofing.com and uses booking.zilkerroofing.com for inspection scheduling. This policy describes information handled through those services. Other websites you choose to visit, such as Google or a financing provider, have their own privacy notices.

Information you provide

When you use a form, request a callback, schedule an inspection or contact us, we receive the information you submit. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, phone number, property address, appointment details and message. A newsletter signup provides your email address; any separate communication choices you make are relevant to how we contact you.

You can use the online roof estimate without requesting a callback. Looking up an address and sending a contact request are separate actions. Please do not put payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information in website forms.

Address search, maps and roof estimates

The estimate tool uses Google services for address suggestions, location lookup, building and roof information, and imagery. What you type into address search is sent to Google to obtain suggestions. A selected or submitted address is used to locate the property and request available roof information. Google may receive search text, coordinates, your IP address and browser information when you use its features.

The tool combines available property information with Zilker’s published retail pricing to produce a preliminary estimate. Our systems process quote results and related technical information to operate the service and investigate problems. Some service records, such as image references and technical logs, are retained. Authorized automated quote integrations also keep records so the same request can return its saved result. Requesting a callback also saves the contact information you submit and sends it to our team. The website does not publish your inquiry as part of our public roofing knowledge pages.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, including which pages people reach and whether they use links or features. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. Google explains its processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Our pages also use browser session storage to carry a referral identifier between pages in the same tab. Referral and campaign information can accompany a quote, inquiry or booking link. This helps us understand how people reach our services. Blocking cookies does not necessarily block session storage or remove information already sent to a server.

Hosting, security, embedded maps, contact forms and our booking provider may also use cookies or similar technologies. You do not need a website account to read our roofing pages.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on where supported. These controls may affect website features. They do not delete an inquiry, appointment or email you have already sent. Reading this policy or continuing to browse is not a substitute for consent where consent is required.

Technical and usage information

Our hosting, security and measurement systems process request information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested URLs, referral information, approximate location, timestamps and service errors. We use this information to deliver pages, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and understand website and automated-crawler activity. Some measurement records use shortened or hashed identifiers; that does not make every record anonymous.

How we use information and who receives it

We use information to provide estimates, respond to requests, arrange inspections, communicate about roofing work, operate and secure our services, and understand which website features are useful. Providers helping us with hosting, property data, analytics, forms, scheduling, email and customer service process information needed for those functions. Our booking service uses HighLevel/LeadConnector; its privacy policy describes the provider’s practices.

We do not sell customer or contact lists or provide them to other companies for those companies’ own marketing. Our use of service providers, including Google Analytics, is described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, our services or legal rights.

A request for roofing help lets us respond to that request. Where a form offers separate marketing or text-message choices, those choices are separate from merely viewing the site. You can ask us to stop marketing messages or use the unsubscribe instructions in a message.

Records and retention

Submitted requests and related communications are stored in our service systems and email, and copies may be present in backups. There is not one automatic deletion period that applies to all website, quote, booking and business records. Retention depends on the record, ongoing work, accounting or legal obligations, security needs and the systems involved.

You can ask us to review, correct or delete information associated with you. We will explain any limits that apply, including records that must be retained and copies subject to a provider’s backup lifecycle. Closing your browser or clearing cookies does not erase these records.

Privacy questions and requests

Use the contact details below for privacy questions, a copy of information associated with you, corrections, deletion requests or a request to stop marketing. Tell us enough to identify the relevant request or relationship; do not email identity documents unless we first arrange a suitable way to verify your request.

Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. We may need to verify your identity or an agent’s authority before acting. We will handle requests within applicable legal requirements. If you disagree with our response, contact us again and ask for a privacy-request review or appeal. You can also contact the Texas Attorney General about a privacy concern.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our website practices change and show the revision date above. This refresh explains our website services; it does not authorize a new use of information that would require separate notice or consent.
