Yes! In addition to the manufacturer’s shingle warranty, Zilker Roofing stands behind our work with a 5 year Workmanship Warranty. If you ever have a roof leak we will come repair it. We want you to know you have a well built roof and shingle, and will stand behind it with a solid warranty.

When you purchase homeowners insurance, (it is usually required by your mortgage company), your policy covers damages to your property for various catastrophes. One of those is when a hail storm occurs. During these storms, hail strikes your roof. These ‘hail dings’ degrade your roofing structure, and can lead to water penetrating them. These damages can be claimed on your homeowners insurance policy.

After your insurance company has evaluated your roof, and found that you do have coverable damages. Then you find a quality and reputable roofing contractor. You hire this contractor to replace your damaged roof.

After you file a claim, usually the adjuster is sent out to evaluate your property within the week. After you have found a roofing contractor, then their work usually takes 2 days.

We will complete the roofing work first, and then we will proceed to help get your water damaged areas fixed. The drywall is a quick procedure, and can usually be done within the roofing week being completed.
